An often overlooked item when building an N54/N55. This must have lower chargepipe is made of aluminum to ensure it never fails under high boost pressure, unlike the plastic oem one which becomes brittle overtime and cracks.
2007-2012 BMW 135i/335i N54 & N55 Lower Charge Pipe Upgrade
Constructed from 2.5″ aluminum, this VRSF lower charge pipe replaces the plastic OEM unit that is not only a restriction but also prone to failure. This pipe is mandrel bent and powder coated wrinkle black for corrosion resistance. This pipe was designed to be used with every VRSF intercooler but it may also fit other models.
