Please review the information below regarding returns, cancellations, international orders & more:
Returns
All return claims must be submitted via email. To be eligible for a return, the item must be brand new and never installed. Generally, items are returnable within a 7 day period, as long as they’re still in their original packaging and free of any damage/use. If this time period has passed, unfortunately we are unable to assist. Items ineligible for a return are listed below. Carbon Fiber Items are final sale due to the fact that they are made to order. In the event that a return is accepted, it is the responsibility of the customer to ship the item back. Returns must be sent back within 10 days of the return being accepted. Upon receiving the return, all items will be inspected for any damage. If you would like to request a return, be sure to email us at: info@bmwmpower247.com

Professional Installation is recommended on all carbon fiber parts & headlights due to their nature. We are not responsible for incorrect installation or damage incurred via installation. Install attempted items are not eligible for a return.
*Sale / Closeout Items are ineligible for a return
Orders made by mistake that have already shipped out will bear shipping costs.
*Restocking Fee will be applied to all returns (25%)
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations may incur a cancellation fee that ranges from 5 & 10%. This covers the merchant/credit card fees that are charged when an order is processed.
International Orders
If your order is international (Address outside of the US), it may incur a customs fee which is levied by the government of the country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay the customs/duty fees. If the customer chooses to reject the item and not pay these fees, a refund will not be given. Bmwmpower247 is not responsible for paying these custom/import fees or duties. International orders are ineligible for returns.
Lost or Stolen Packages
