VTT is proud to announce our S55/N55 EWG Cast Aluminum Valve cover. We created these for the N/S55 owner who wants to save a little over our billet option but still wants to add a great look to their engine bay while also getting rid of the stock plastic valve cover which can crack with higher mileage. These kits also get rid of the problematic factory PCV system, and allow you to run your PCV any way you choose, we do recommend a catch can. These VCs come fully baffled to keep as much unwanted oil out of the catch can as possible. These are also perfect for single turbo conversions that need more clearance and heat resistance
Valve Cover Details:
- 100% cast 6061-T6 aluminum construction
- Powdercoated in a variety of colors
- Lightweight; 8 lbs. (compared to 7.9 lbs for a stock cover – basically the same weight)
- Gives the end-user variety for setting up their Valve Cover and PCV System
- Only cast option on the market
- A MUST-have for single turbo kit looking for improved clearance, and better heat resistance

WHEN GOING TO AN ALUMINUM VC YOU ARE REMOVING THE FACTORY PCV SYSTEM AND ITS FUNCTION. IF YOU DO NOT REPLACE IT WITH AN EXTERNAL PCV SET UP THERE IS A VERY GOOD CHANCE YOUR S55 WILL SMOKE, OR BYPASS OIL. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING EXTERNAL AT A MINIMUM ON THE LOW SIDE TO PROVIDE VACUUM TO THE CRANKCASE AT IDLE TO HELP WITH TURBO DRAINING, ETC. WE ALSO SUGGEST BLOCKING THE HEAD PORTS WHEN GOING TO AN ALUMINUM COVER, THIS STOPS THE GASKET FROM HAVING TO DO ALL THE WORK OF KEEPING BOOST OUT OF THE CRANKCASE. Add S55 Catch Can kit *
We recommend adding a catch when using the Cast VC.
Recirc version plumbs back into the turbo inlet on stock style turbos
VTA uses a Staineless steel breather on the Catch Can to VTA.
If running after matrket turbos or single, we suggest VTA as the factory babr for the Recirc hose may not be there.
